I am only aware of the european / german regulations, other countries requirements are nto recognized.

SSL or TLS Encryption

This means that data you transmit via this website cannot be read by third parties. Server Log Files
The provider of the website automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

These data are not combined with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, which allows the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
To Track Site Visits and Usage I use WP-Statistics – this means the Information is Anonymized and Aggregated to provide general statistics – no personal Data ist stored or transmitted to third Party Services.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, I collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The privacy policy for the Gravatar service can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
